QK Feature Requests

Can you please look at having some background coding to stop parents putting in their contact details into the additional contact section while completing their enrolment form on QK Enrol? This would ensure that we have the correct details for everyone who is placed on the child's enrolment form.

Please update the suburb drop down list in the contacts Tab Can you please add the following suburbs: Coombs ACT 2611 Denman Prospect ACT 2611 Whitlam ACT 2611 Wright ACT 2611

Please include an 'add child' function to the roll on QK Kiosk. This will make it so much quicker to add children that arrive without a booking rather than having to go back to Qikkids.

Add a checkbox to the top of the secondary guardian section of the enrolment form, "Single Parent Family", which will hide the secondary guardian section if selected.

It would be great to be able to add or remove children on the rolls from the QK Kiosk app instead of only from the Desktop. This feature was available from the now discontinued QK Next app

To assist communicating with families that they are reaching a deadline of 14 weeks of non attendance, it would be good to have a report that would highlight this. I don't think having a message on the same day of the subsidy cessation is very helpful when if we know we could get the child in before it happens. Thank you

The message for a missed sign in /out and the message for confirming an absence are the same. Can we please have two messages, one for each circumstance. It undermines the whole process if parents aren't sure what they are confirming and we would save time assuring parents that their children weren't absent

It would be great if you could add a feature to sign visitors in and out to the Centre. Ideally the function would have the visitors first name and surname, time in, who they are visiting/reason for visit, phone number and time out. Thank you for your consideration.

Our centres are looking at ways to improve their risk minimisation plan reminders. Suggestion to implement a pop up reminder in QK (similar to the birthday reminder) when allergy plans need to be updated.

New parents can click on the "Start Enrolment" button next to their child's name to complete the full enrolment and bypass the waitlist / new booking process, causing all confusion and extra admins work. We need a Prompt (pop-up alert/soft stop) to complete a booking request when parents go straight to completing enrolment forms. Parents often miss this step OR the system needs to prevent people (hard stop) to do enrolment when they are not completing the NEW BOOKING/ WAIT LIST as the step first so that we can avoid all sorts of confusion / extra admin works cause by missteps.
